Picking Your Business Email Is Really Picking Everything Else

Most business owners pick their email in about five minutes. Then they live with that choice for years.

In my experience, you're not just picking email. You're picking your calendar, your files, your meetings, and often the login for everything else.

A few things worth checking on your own setup:

Is your business running on a personal @gmail.com account? That account belongs to a person, not the business.

Did you buy Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy? The real question isn't who sends the bill. It's who controls the account.

Does the whole office share one password for info@? That's one of the easiest fixes out there.

If the person who manages your email lost their phone tomorrow, could anyone else get back in?
